Services begin only after the applicable product, quantity, packaging, warehouse node, inbound instructions, fees, and operating requirements are confirmed. Quotes and operating plans may add product-specific terms.
Sellers are responsible for accurate product information, lawful goods, compliant labeling, and shipment documentation. Unplanned, restricted, damaged, mismatched, or noncompliant inbound inventory may be delayed, rejected, quarantined, or charged for additional handling.
Bank or Payoneer transfers are reviewed before the OMS balance is credited. Sufficient approved balance and valid order information are required before fulfillment. Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after warehouse processing begins.
Product, sourcing, receiving, storage, handling, fulfillment, return, disposal, and shipping charges apply as confirmed for the program. Shipping is charged separately. Carrier timing is an estimate and may be affected by address, weather, capacity, customs, or other events outside warehouse control.
Returns require authorization and may incur carrier, inspection, restocking, storage, or disposal charges. Inventory discrepancies, damage, or fulfillment claims should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting evidence so the applicable warehouse and carrier records can be reviewed.
Sellers remain responsible for their product claims, listings, marketplace compliance, consumer communications, taxes, product legality, recalls, and customer refunds. DropshipVIP may pause services or account activity for unpaid balances, prohibited goods, fraud risk, policy violations, or operational safety concerns.
Use the application to describe the product, sales channels, expected volume, and required sourcing or fulfillment support.
