Match store variants to warehouse products
Each Shopify variant needs an explicit relationship to the correct DropshipVIP product and OMS SKU. Similar product names are not enough. Warehouse, inventory owner and SKU mappings must be verified to avoid shipping the wrong item or counting the same stock twice.
Check the complete fulfillment amount
The intended order check includes product quantity, current product price, membership eligibility, prepaid funds and the applicable customer-facing shipping quote. Shipping is separate from the product discount. A membership subscription alone does not fund an order.
Enable automation only after end-to-end verification
Shopify authorization, order import, cancellations and tracking write-back must be tested together. This preview does not offer a live Shopify app connection or automatic dispatch. Use the distributor workspace to review the planned flow, not to place a live fulfillment request.
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect my Shopify store now?
A live Shopify connector is not enabled in this preview. Store authorization and order synchronization remain implementation and verification work.
Will a paid plan automatically pay for my orders?
No. Membership is separate from order funding. Automatic fulfillment needs a verified payment authorization or sufficient balance, plus shipping funds; it is not enabled by a subscription alone.
Does the 5% or 10% discount include Shopify shipping costs?
No. The membership discount applies to the eligible product price for every supported verified payment method. Shipping is charged separately without the product discount.
