Dispatches within 48 hours on business days after verified payment. Dispatch is separate from transit and delivery. Final delivery estimates depend on destination and service.
CA01 and NJ01 are separate stock positions
CA01 represents the Los Angeles warehouse and NJ01 the New Jersey warehouse in this site. OMS warehouse identifiers must be checked against the API. A product can have different available quantities in each warehouse, and inventory ownership must be part of its mapping.
Available stock is different from total stock
A warehouse total may include units already locked for other orders. Inventory integration must use the API available quantity, verify the complete response and avoid double-counting the same owner, SKU and warehouse. The platform records supplier-declared preview stock separately from OMS inventory snapshots. A read-only connection check does not apply stock. An administrator must verify the exact owner, SKU and warehouse mapping and explicitly synchronize the product stock.
Shipping depends on the actual shipment
Shipping quotes must come from the configured external customer rate card for the destination, warehouse, package and channel. Do not use a carrier cost as the customer selling price or apply the membership product discount to freight. Live shipping quotation is not enabled in this preview. Europe is reserved for future expansion and is not an active market.
Frequently asked questions
Can New Jersey stock fulfill a Los Angeles allocation?
Not automatically. Product and campaign availability is checked against the selected warehouse; another location is a separate stock position.
Is the displayed preview stock verified live OMS inventory?
Check the source shown for each warehouse. Supplier-declared preview stock is not an OMS quantity. An OMS snapshot is applied after exact mapping verification and shows its read time. Automatic background synchronization is not enabled.
Is delivery available in Europe now?
Europe is not enabled in the current preview. Country, warehouse, currency and shipping configuration must be verified before a future market opens.
