Identify each store and each order
The planned integration must distinguish orders from different WooCommerce stores, even when their visible order numbers are the same. Store identity, external order ID and item identifiers belong together so a repeated import does not trigger a second shipment.
Pair products and variants explicitly
A WooCommerce product or variant must be paired with the correct approved product and OMS stock position. Confirm the SKU, warehouse and inventory owner rather than relying on a title match. Supplier-created listings remain hidden until platform review is complete.
Reconcile cancellations and tracking
Order import, balance authorization, cancellation timing and tracking write-back must be verified before automatic fulfillment goes live. This preview has no live WooCommerce authorization, real balance debit or OMS dispatch. Do not treat simulated order status as a shipment confirmation.

Can multiple WooCommerce stores have the same order number?
They can. The integration design must identify an order using its store and external order identity together, rather than using the visible order number alone.
Can I use a paid membership without adding prepaid balance?
Yes. Active, verified membership provides the product discount for every supported verified payment method. Balance funding is optional; membership fees do not become order funds.
Is WooCommerce automatic fulfillment live?
No. The connector, order import and tracking write-back are still being developed and verified.
